Puvitox offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after your order is delivered. Return or exchange requests made after 30 days may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.
Please contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted and may be delayed, refused, or returned to sender.

To request a return or exchange, email support@puvitox.com with your order number, product name, reason for return, and clear photos or videos if relevant.
If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted and may be delayed, refused, or returned to sender.
All approved returned items will be inspected after arrival.
Refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be processed only after the inspection is completed.
If the returned item does not meet our return eligibility requirements, we may refuse the refund or exchange, offer a partial refund, or ask the customer to cover shipping costs if the item needs to be sent back.
Once we receive and inspect the approved returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method when possible. Banks, card issuers, PayPal, and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Refunds may be reduced or refused if the returned item is used beyond acceptable try-on, damaged, incomplete, missing accessories, missing packaging, or not in acceptable condition.
We may offer exchanges for eligible items depending on stock availability.
If you ordered the wrong size, color, model, or compatibility option, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help you choose the correct replacement, but exchange approval depends on product condition, availability, and the return eligibility requirements above.
If the replacement item has a different price, you may be required to pay the price difference. If the replacement item is lower in price, we may issue a partial refund or store credit where applicable.

We can only cancel an order if it has not yet been processed, packed, dispatched, or handed over to the carrier.

If a package is refused, not collected, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for original shipping fees, return shipping fees, reshipping fees, customs fees, carrier charges, or other non-refundable costs.
