Shipping Policy

We prepare every Puvitox order with care, from product checking to packaging and shipment handoff. This Shipping Policy explains order processing time, estimated delivery time, tracking updates, customs responsibilities, address accuracy, and what to do if your package is delayed or returned.

Tracking Support Tracking information will be provided after shipment whenever it is available from the carrier.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing includes order verification, product preparation, quality checking, packaging, and handover to the shipping provider.

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, major sales events, supplier restocking periods, or unusual order-volume spikes may require additional processing time. If an item is temporarily unavailable or requires extra confirmation, we may contact you by email before shipment.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. The estimated delivery window begins after the package has been handed over to the carrier or logistics provider.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes approximately 5–7 business days after your order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may vary depending on destination, carrier route, customs inspection, local delivery network, weather conditions, holidays, remote-area delivery, and other factors outside our direct control.

Important: Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We aim to ship orders within the stated processing window, but customs inspections, carrier delays, local delivery issues, weather, public holidays, or force majeure events may affect the final delivery date.

Shipping Regions

Puvitox ships to selected international markets. Available shipping destinations may vary depending on product availability, warehouse location, courier coverage, local delivery restrictions, and shipping service availability.

If your location is not available at checkout, we may not currently support delivery to your region.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

After your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

During transit, tracking may pause while the package is moving between facilities, passing customs, waiting for carrier scanning, or being transferred to a local delivery network. This does not always mean the package is lost.

If your tracking information has not updated for several days, please contact us with your order number and tracking number. We will help check the shipment status whenever possible.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please carefully check your name, street address, apartment or unit number, postal code, city, state, country, phone number, and email address before submitting your order.

If a package is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, additional reshipping costs may apply.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@puvitox.com. We will do our best to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, order value, and available shipping method.

Puvitox may offer free shipping or free shipping over a certain order amount from time to time. Any available shipping offer will be shown on the product page, cart page, checkout page, or promotional banner.

Free shipping offers may be subject to destination, order value, product type, or promotional conditions.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, brokerage fees, or other local charges. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.

Puvitox is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import restrictions, destination-country regulations, local taxes, customs documentation reviews, or customer failure to complete customs-related requirements.

We cannot modify customs documents in a misleading way or declare inaccurate values.

Delayed, Lost, or Returned Packages

If your package appears delayed, please first check the tracking page for the latest carrier update. If tracking has not updated for an unusually long period, contact us and we will help check the shipment status whenever possible.

If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs charges, or failure to collect the parcel, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees, return shipping fees, customs fees, or carrier charges may apply.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, building reception, parcel lockers, or your local delivery office first. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us and we will help review the available tracking information.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may not be available for delivery to certain countries or regions due to shipping restrictions, courier limitations, customs rules, or local regulations.

Puvitox reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped to the provided destination. If this happens, we will notify you and issue an appropriate refund for the unavailable order.
